Colin and Madison are both heart-centered individuals that look to support and serve all people to the best of their ability. Their primary experience is in the fields of Sound Therapy, Meditation, Reiki, Yoga, Grief Support, Addiction Recovery Support and End of Life Support. The two are very passionate about working in places where people are seeking recovery and self-care. Much of this experience has come through working with Hospitals (patients, staff, families), Hospice Care, Substance Abuse Recovery, and partnering with public institutions to offer these services to the public at affordable rates or for free.
Colin and Madison are both very passionate about music, nature, and mindfulness and look to blend these together to create spaces and practices that are widely accessible and connective for the public and all people. It’s truly their mission to create events and containers that any single person could come to and walk away feeling a bit lighter, and more connected to themselves and the world around them. The two are very aware of the challenges that life’s hardest moments bring and try to be mindful of this as they craft experiences and events for folks on a day to day basis, offering a sanctuary from the every day hustle of life.
Outside of their work you can find Colin and Madison out in the Baltimore community enjoying and playing live music, rock climbing, hiking, and at the farmers markets.

Colin Quigg
Colin is a friend to many and a grounded individual who loves music of all kinds, hiking, climbing, all things wellness, and just spending time with friends and family. His goal is to make self care and wellness accessible to all people and to take away the preconceived notions around this world. He was lead into this work after experiencing the passing of both of his parents to brain cancer. His journey through grief lead him to trying out many of these therapies and techniques, which were fundamental in his moving forward with hope and inner peace in his life. His goal is to offer events and experiences like this to empower and hold space for others, as many did for him along the way.

Madison Simon
Aside from all around wellness, Madison loves to engage with others. This may be from attending a concert, climbing, enjoying a hike outside or attending a yoga class. Madison was inspired to do this work as a way to find meaning through grief, loss and overcoming addictive tendencies. She believes these modalities of alternative wellness can be a key factor for helping others who have gone through similar processes.

The benefits of holistic healing are very expansive. It has been found to help individuals with physical pain and internal turmoil. Those who undergo holistic healing methods have found internal joy and deep inner healing. There have been studies for the benefits that accompany holistic healing modalities. For those who partook in a Sound Bath, it was found that “compared with pre-meditation, following the sound meditation participants reported significantly less tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed mood. Additionally, participants who were previously naïve to this type of meditation experienced a significantly greater reduction in tension compared with participants experienced in this meditation. Feeling of spiritual well-being significantly increased across all participants. Tibetan singing bowl meditation may be a feasible low-cost low technology intervention for reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression, and increasing spiritual well-being”.

“Before trying holistic methods of healing I too was not sure what I thought of these methods. Through my experiences and those of many close to me, I have seen that every different person in my life who has opened up to the idea of holistic healing methods for any number of reasons has ended up truly benefiting, many of them having experiences that they cherish and grow from in some way. There have been several studies around sound healing, reiki, yoga, meditation, and breath work that are widely available. Implementing any of these practices can be beneficial for any individual in some way.”
